Strategic Leap Forward
3 Iterations of Evolution
From pioneering slurry valves in 1986
From pioneering slurry valves in 1986 to revolutionizing slurry knife gate valves, Raydo SKGV valve has evolved through 3 generations of innovation, with each upgrade enhancing durability, and performance.
Iterative Advancements
From TPU liners to the latest design updates, our iterative process ensures continuous improvement in wear resistance, sealing, and operational efficiency.

2009
TPU liner
The introduction of polyurethane liner for the first time in slurry valves, significantly improved wear resistance and sealing stability in slurry application.

2011-2012
Enhanced Sealing Solutions
Liner sealing face was enlarged, to further improve leak prevention and ensure long-term reliability.

2017
Secondary Seal
A secondary seal was added to the valve body, terminated any chance of the leakage to the environment.

2025
Innovation at the Core
We embrace continuous innovation, iterating designs to meet market demands with wear- and corrosion-resistant solutions.
